Gov't inspectors float in the air in awesome Photoshop fail

Who's the amateur who Photoshopped this masterpiece? A photo that accompanied an announcement by China's Zhejiang Hangzhou Yuhang government about a newly completed landscaping project somehow slipped through quality control, showing the featured inspection team suspended in midair, with legs on some of the team members cut off midthigh. The company responsible for the goof is eating humble pie, apologizing for the "serious mistakes in the uploaded photograph." We bet most teens could have whipped up a better composite, but we hope the guy responsible for this viral editing fail doesn't lose his job, if only for the sheer number of chuckles his next creation will likely generate.
