Efficient apartment thrills minimalists, terrifies the claustrophobic
12/10/2012Cramming his life into tiny places to reduce cost and eco-footprint and increase happiness from having less useless clutter is something of an obsession for "social entrepreneur" Graham Hill. His latest project has been to convert a tiny 420-square-foot SoHo apartment into a 10-room home with 1100 feet of functionality, complete with tons of storage space, home office (2:35), dining for 10 (18:45) and guest accommodation for two (3:30). It's not for everyone, but fantastic for hobbits and undeniably ingenious. Be amazed.
