'Not thinking' grandmother kicks out rowdy sleepover kids at 4:30 am

There's little question that something drastic needed to be done when a raucous sleepover was still going strong at 4:30 a.m. But bouncing kids, ages 10 and 11, out of the house to walk home alone in the cold probably warranted an extra moment's consideration. Now 71-year old Barbara Aiello, who has cared for her grandson since his father died, is being investigated for two counts of risk of injury to a minor. "I opened the door. Not thinking.
