'Guess who' prankster amazingly not hurt in creepy social experiment

What would you do if a stranger came up behind you, clapped their grimy hands over your eyes, and asked "Guess who?" As one YouTube commentator wryly observed, in some cities it could get you killed. Yet, in this prank-slash-social experiment, folks are not only happy to let the antagonist live, but apologize for not remembering who he is. Some observed that the prankster is quite handsome and charming, so if you're set on trying it yourself, it's worth nothing the responses might be different if you have two lazy eyes, amorous intent, and boogers in your beard.
