Guy allegedly gets dog so wasted it can't stand up

Some people just shouldn't have pets. First, an unidentified Minnesota man got ticketed for yelling obscenities at his cat, and now Todd Schrier of Montana has been arrested on animal cruelty charges after getting his 20-pound Pomeranian so drunk the poor pooch couldn't even stand. Police say they found an intoxicated Arly II outside a Helena bar, and they claim his plastered owner confessed to giving Arly a "to-go cup" of vodka. On purpose. Because he's an idiot.
