Hackers' Twitter hacked by hackers

2/22/2013

Do Twitter hackers have no respect? First it was the accounts of Burger King, then Jeep and Donald Trump and now hackers themselves have been hacked. Rogue hacking group Rustle League has claimed a three-hour stretch of illegal entrance into the @Anon_Central Twitter account, which boasts some 160,000 followers. Authorities report that once-strong Anonymous may be weakening due to recent arrests and the strengthening move of profit over political statement. Also, even the pros come up with lame passwords. “Everyone should learn better password security from incidents like this,” stated Graham Cluley of security firm Sophos. “If it can happen to an account run by Anonymous supporters, it could happen to you.” [Source]
