Halle Berry's ex and fiance in nasty Thanksgiving brawl

Actress Halle Berry's L.A. home was the scene of some Thanksgiving nastiness when her ex, Gabriel Aubry, and her current beau, Olivier Martinez, allegedly got into a fight when Aubry was dropping off his and Berry's daughter, Nahla. According to TMZ, the fisticuffs landed Aubry in hospital with a broken rib and contusions on his face. Martinez also had a trip to ER and has apparently since returned to Berry's house. TMZ reported that police have charged Aubry with misdemeanor battery and a judge has ordered him to stay 100 yards away from Berry, Martinez and 4-year-old Nahla. [Source]
