Harvard grad Romney bashes Obama for ties to Harvard

Mitt Romney, in his numerous pained attempts to avoid a George Bush grocery scanner moment, wants Americans to know he's one of us. And to know who's not: Barack Obama, who went to Harvard Law School. Romney today revisited one of his new favorite talking points -- bashing Barack Obama for "spending too much time at Harvard." His attempts to paint the president as an out-of-touch elitist would play better if Romney did not hold two degrees from the institution, have three sons who attended, employ more than a dozen advisers with connections to the university and call his own Harvard education "terrific."
