Kitty born without leg bones learned to walk on his elbows

Harvey the cat was born without bones in his front legs. He's a very happy kitty and has learned to walk on his elbows, but he'll be even happier once he's got metal pins where the bones connecting his upper front legs to his paws should be. Harvey has a rare condition called radial agenesis, in which the bones don't develop properly. When his owner listed him for sale online, advertising that the snowy white kitten had two broken legs, a cat lover snapped him up and turned him over to Cats Protection in Glasgow, Scotland. The organization launched a Just Giving campaign, raising $5,225 for the operation. Post-surgery, he'll be prrrr-fect.
