Jets are so terrible their scouts are scouring YouTube for talent
12/23/2012The New York Jets are awash in mediocrity, stuck with an aging defense, few offensive weapons, their dalliance with Tim Tebow a failure and already phasing out Mark Sanchez, their quarterback of the future about 10 minutes ago. So what's their new strategy? They tried out a kicker who's never played football they found on YouTube. Havard Rugland, 27, from Norway, put together a nice little trick-kick video. But the Jets don't much need a kicker. Then again, if they're scouting on YouTube, it's nice that they didn't sign a puppy dancing "Gangnam Style." [Source]
