New 'Hobbit' trailer reveals awesome dragon (briefly)

"The Hobbit" may be named for Bilbo Baggins, but people aren't excited for the movie just because they get to see a short man with hairy feet on screen. The story is filled with other mighty magical creatures like trolls, wargs and shapeshifters, but none of those compare to the awesomeness of the giant dragon Smaug. But the trailers for the movie have neglected to show off the big fire-breathing baddie until now. The latest TV spot only gives us a glimpse of Smaug, but even a few seconds of a dragon burning a village to the ground is better than not getting to see any flame-feuled destruction. [Source]
