Video shows boy and his dad allegedly bullying 10-year-old with CP

Hope Holcomb is afraid to ride the school bus because she's been reportedly bullied by her 9-year-old neighbor. That's bad enough, but the 10-year-old, who has cerebral palsy, is also allegedly being mocked by William Bailey, the boy's father. The two Baileys were recently caught on videotape dragging their legs and mimicking the way the girl walks. "It makes me sick to think that a grown man would tease a 10-year-old disabled girl," Hope's dad, Mike, says. Bailey's wife says she has "no idea" why Hope and her family would be offended by the fact that they're limping behind her at the bus stop.
