The big feet, the big noses -- maybe size does matter. In any case, a hospital in Montreal believes clowns can nudge women along toward pregnancy. Although one doctor joked that baby-making this way might be called "clowning," there is some data to back up the notion that women undergoing in-vitro fertilization are more likely to conceive after being entertained by clowns, since laughter can alleviate stress.
