Helpful hotel agrees you're never too old to build a pillow fort
8/10/2012Scoring a 10/10 for customer service, the Fairmont Hotel in Winnipeg, Canada happily obliged a grown man's demands for a pillow fort in his hotel room. Under special instructions on Gord Relph's booking form, the fan of soft furnishings architecture had written "Pre-made pillow fort, and a vanilla Coke." The hotel left about 10 pillows on his bed with a printed note that read "DIY Pillow Fort Kit," plus some "survival treats" (including two vanilla Cokes). Relph built his fort, added the essential "No girls allowed" sign, and posted photos of his happy experience online, to much appreciation. [Source]
