Researchers from the University of Georgia (known more for dawgs than cats) worked with the National Geographic CritterCam team to build the tiniest cameras they've ever made to track the hunting habits of house cats. Previous kill estimates were underestimated because they didn't include the prey digested or abandoned – cats brought home just under a quarter of what they killed, and the diverse murder list included lizards, snakes, frogs, chipmunks, voles and worms.
