'House' finale sends Twitter on emotional rollercoaster

The series finale of "House" lit up Twitter tonight -- trending worldwide several times as the mercurial doctor made it through the last episode of the long-running Fox medical drama. Outrage ran highest -- don't read further if you have yet to watch -- when House seemed to perish in a burning warehouse, with Foreman and Wilson looking on. That wasn't the end, though -- it turned out that House had faked his death so he'd be able to spend time with the dying Wilson. And with that news, the happy-face emoticons came out in full force, as viewers celebrated the end of the show and an unexpectedly happy (if still bittersweet) ending.
