Need a chaser to cure that Thanksgiving hangover but can't figure out where the Turkey Day cleanup crew put the corkscrew? Household Hacker to the rescue with this helpful video detailing ingenious ways to uncork the vino using the items in your junk drawer and a few slick moves. No, not that cliche trick of banging the bottom of the bottle (that only works on TV). Try using a screw hook as a makeshift corkscrew or jamming in a serrated knife and wiggling that baby out — utilitarian and effective. But if you really want to impress the crowd, we'd go for the bike pump maneuver: Bore a hole, shove in the tube and pump until the cork rises.
