Texas church building attempts to incinerate alleged thieves
12/14/2012Some would-be thieves in Houston received a rude shock when they allegedly attempted to steal some electric cable for its copper from the Westway Baptist Church in Houston. Security footage caught one of the thieves attempting to sever the main cable from the church’s breaker box with bolt cutters in the early hours, only for it to dramatically explode. "The man just blew up into a fire ball," said head deacon Michael Kirtley. The church, which is now without power, has asked for local medical facilities to keep an eye out for anyone with suspicious burn wounds in order to help find the culprits. [Source]
