Huge 'Legos' lend utilitarian German bridge some style

7/6/2012

Artist Matthew Heuwold got himself into a little bit of trouble for putting his artistic stylings on an old train bridge in his town of Wuppertal, Germany. So he decided to turn his energy from using graffiti to express his inner feelings to using a much different medium. Heuwold, who goes by the name Megx in the art world, ingeniously outfitted the thing with humongous colored panels to make it look like it was made out of Legos. It took him four weeks to cover the area. And with that, Heuwold has singlehandedly given his town the funkiest bridge around.
