Behold, the Sapporo Snow and Ice Festival in Sapporo, Japan. The stunning array of ice sculptures, alongside snow statues and other fun frigid-weather attractions, is just what any cool climate dweller needs mid-February to remind them winter isn't all bad. The cool snow designs, paired with beautiful dancing and performance art, almost makes us want the chilly season to stick around. Almost.
