Professional athletes often dismiss the expert analysis of journalists who have never played the game. TNT commentator Shaquille O'Neal, for example, brings 19 years of NBA experience to work every day. That kind of firsthand knowledge of what happens on the sidelines proved useful during O'Neal's breakdown of last night's Heat-Bulls game. While other talking heads focused on the playoff intensity between the Eastern Conference's two best teams, Shaq took note that someone on the Heat had done something that you "cannot do on the bench": farted. Four Miami players were spotted covering their noses, prompting O'Neal to chortle, "The fart goes four deep!" Talk about a flagrant foul.
