Addressing the tenacious idea that women "invite" rape by what they wear, the gutsy guys donned ladies' skirts and joined about 200 other activists at an event called "Skirt the Issue," offering a lovely reminder that many Indian men recognize the severity of the crime and are on the victims' side.
