Cute video shows injured sea turtle swimming with prosthetic flippers

In 2008, fishermen discovered Yu, a sea turtle that had apparently lost her front flippers to a shark attack. Awesome researchers at the University of Tokyo were inspired to design prosthetic flippers for Yu, who was recently fitted with her 27th pair. The faux flippers attach to her body with a jacket, and she operates them with her remaining flipper stubs. This cute video shows Yu getting suited up, looking nonchalant and quite content, then taking her flippers for a test-swim at the Suma Aqualife Park in Kobe, Japan.
