Internet fans plot to send rapper to remote Wal-Mart
6/30/2012If you love Pitbull as much as we do - or even if you don't know who he is - you'll love what pranksters are trying to cook up for the rapper who's been ripped for his unabashed product shilling. His latest push is Sheets Energy Strips, and he promises to visit the Wal-Mart which receives the most Facebook likes by July 15. So the fellows at somethingawful.com have urged thousands of Facebookers to like the store in (wait for it) Kodiak, Alaska. Since already the likes are pushing 20,000, Pitbull might want to start packing. Or not. It sounds as if he can pick up a good deal on snowshoes and bear repellant right there in the Kodiak store.
