iPad-controlled superyacht makes billionaires drool
4/27/2012This Adastra superyacht definitely wins the prize for best billionaire toy. The $24 million, 140-foot craft is bound to make all of shipping magnate Anto Marden's super-rich friends green with envy instead of seasickness as they vie for a playdate to try out the Space Age bathing platform, luxuriate on the cockpit sofas and take turns controlling the yacht from an iPad (no joke). This high-tech work of art can take Marden from London to New York on a single tank of gas and is designed to glide through ocean waves. After five years of construction, we hope the vessel meets all of his navigational needs -- and we're awaiting our invitation.
What would you buy if you had $24 million to blow?
