Guy gets stolen iPhone back by luring thief with OKCupid date
1/5/2013A dim-witted thief has been relieved of his newly acquired iPhone after using it to sign into the owner's OKCupid online dating profile to set up dates for himself. The owner, Nadav Nirenberg, who received instant email alerts of the activity on his hijacked dating profile, set up a fake profile and lured the thief to a "date" with a busty 24-year-old where he and his trusty hammer quickly convinced the thief to return the phone. Nirenberg, who plays trombone in Streetlight Manifesto, was "giddy" at having pulled off every smartphone theft victim's dream sting. [Source]
