Magazine publishes more topless Kate photos despite royal protest
9/17/2012Despite legal threats from the royal family, Italian magazine "Chi" went forward with publication of its cache of topless photos of a sunbathing Kate Middleton on Monday, and they aren’t at all sorry about it. "Not even a direct call from the queen" would have helped, magazine editor Alfonso Signorini said over the weekend. For what it’s worth, the new photos are just like the ones that have already been published, only there are more of them; the magazine printed 18 photos over 19 pages. Lawyers representing the royals are seeking damages from the magazine and hope to get an injunction against more photos being published, but a decision has not yet been made. [Source]
