The incarcerated man admitted to having sex with his 17-year-old girlfriend, which is legal because 17 is the age of consent in Illinois. However, photographing anyone under age 18 during a sexual act is illegal, so Hollins was convicted on child pornography charges and sentenced to 8 years. We think grown men having sex with teenagers of any age is pretty creepy, but could still we get a little consistency?
