"Odd Couple" actor Jack Klugman dies at 90
12/25/2012Actor Jack Klugman, famous for his roles as Oscar Madison on TV’s "The Odd Couple" and the titular medical examiner on "Quincy, M.E.", passed away in Los Angeles last night at 90. Although Klugman lost his voice to cancer in the 1980s, his family says that he had not been battling that disease in his final days and died of some other cause. Klugman also held famous roles on the big screen, starring in both Sidney Lumet’s "12 Angry Men" and Blake Edwards' "Days of Wine and Roses." He passed away peacefully in suburban Northridge, CA, with his second wife Peggy Crosby at his side. [Source]
