That $1 bill in your wallet is about to become illegible tender1/9/2013
if you think the dollar is devalued now, wait until Jack Lew affixes his signature to it. He's President Obama's reported choice to take over as secretary of the treasury, whose entire workday, as far as we know, consists of autographing our paper money. But even a 3-year-old with a Crayola gives better scrawl: It's like Lew is trying to scratch a dry ballpoint back to life. Of course, predecessor Tim Geithner had to do some time in penmanship rehab, too, but this is ridiculous. If John Hancock had signed this way, we'd have all grown up saying, "Put your Bozo the Clown right there on the dotted line." [Source]
