Parents admit stuffing their kids into plastic containers
1/23/2013It is generally advisable that if a container is intended to hold, say, unused wrapping paper, you should not cram a person into it. Especially if those people happen to be your children. But one Ohio couple thought stuffing their three children into plastic storage bins was a reasonable form of punishment. James and Samantha Taylor each pleaded guilty to child endangerment charges for placing their young children (ages 8, 6 and 5) into the containers, as well as other abuse — dropping weights on their feet and placing pins and needles under their feet as the children held weights. Two other men were placed on probation for failing to stop the abuse. [Source]
