State wisely revokes CEO's gun permit after he threatens to kill

The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security doesn't think James Yeager should be allowed to have a permit to carry a handgun anymore. Yeager lost the privilege after he threatened to "start killing people" in a video warning the Obama administration not to enact tougher gun-control measures. Yeager is the CEO of Tactical Response, a firm that offers weapons and tactical training to civilians. The video has been taken down, but the department still revoked Yeager's license citing a "material likelihood of risk of harm to the public." Commissioner Bill Gibbons called Yeager's statements "irresponsible, dangerous, and deserved our immediate attention." The CEO will be able to have the decision reviewed in court. [Source]
