Newlyweds try to make photographer pay up for missing wedding kiss

1/10/2013

Hell hath no fury like a bride who doesn't have a professional photo of her wedding smooch. Newlyweds Jarrad and Sheree Mitchell from Melbourne, Australia, tried to make photographer George Ferris pay $6,700 in damages for failing to capture key moments of their wedding day, including "the kiss." The photographer argued that their wedding kiss was actually nothing more than a wedding "peck," which made it hard to shoot. The tribunal that heard the case found that the lovebirds did not prove Ferris' work was substandard, noting that "it is quite difficult to capture the moment of a kiss." [Source]
