The kids — aged 5 months (!) and 2 years — were luckily OK, though the 2-year-old has health issues and is currently awaiting surgery for a heart defect. The slurring perp, Jason Daniel Murray, was booked on charges of child abuse and neglect. And it gets worse — per an arrest report, Murray refuted leaving the tots in the car, claiming "someone else must have put the kids in the car while he was inside."
