Artist inspired by Honey Boo Boo crafts portrait out of trash

Sorry, everyone. Honey Boo Boo's 15 minutes of fame are going to be extended a bit because she's now functioning as inspiration for artists. Jason Mecier has devoted 50 hours of his life to the creation of a 25-pound Honey Boo Boo portrait made entirely out of trash. (We'll pause to let you get the obvious jokes out of your system.) We aren't quite sure just how bad this work smells, but Mecier says it's made up of everything from empty Red Bull cans and some chicken McNuggets to parts of an old Cabbage Patch doll and, of course, some "sketti." We're sure Honey Boo Boo and her clan would be honored by such an homage.
