Jell-O has long been a form of self-expression for teens who want to temporarily dye their hair and crafty soccer moms determined to make batches of "Jigglers," but San Francisco artist Liz Hickok has taken Jello-O to another level with her large-scale sculptures made from the scrumptious medium.  Surreal landscapes and figures have stunned gallery-goers nationwide (and netted her an award from Food Network). Alas, "Simpsons" fans, she has not yet attempted a gummy "Venus de Milo," but clearly the sky's the limit when fruit-flavored-pectin powder is the muse.
