This dying mom's plea on behalf of her children will break your heart

Some sad stories serve as important reminders of how we should be thankful each day to be alive and among those we love. Jennifer Johnson's story is one of these. A few months ago, the 30-year-old Cape Coral, Fla., mother of two uploaded a video in which she revealed a heart condition that would require open-heart surgery and appealed to viewers for help covering her medical bills. Fighting tears, she silently held up handwritten signs detailing her plight. Johnson raised some money, but died on Dec. 17, days after undergoing surgery.
