Globe-trotting bride proves wedding dresses can be worn more than once

3/4/2013

Jennifer Salvage, her wedding dress and (we imagine) a couple of Tide to Go pens have been all around the world together. The jet-setting bride married husband Jeff in a wedding ceremony on remote Easter Island, meaning her dress had to be suitcase compatible. Turns out, the dress packed so well that she and her groom decided to take it on the road, with Jennifer donning it for photos all around the world. So far, the dress has traveled 125,000 miles and been in 17 countries, meaning Jennifer is getting her money's worth. Whereas some women only wear their wedding dress for about eight hours and then pack it away forever, Jennifer will have a veritable album of rips, wrinkles, burns and stains (and maybe smells) to help her remember their travels.
