Here we see Clarkson behind the wheel of the "smallest car in the world," a fully street-legal vehicle allegedly designed by Clarkson himself. Apart from looking hilarious, there are a variety of downsides to piloting the world's tiniest car, which Clarkson discovers in quick succession.
