Texts have NFL fan mad as hell, and he's not going to take it anymore

If you're too lazy to actually read about what your team is up to and can’t or won’t watch them play, text message updates might seem like a great option. Buffalo Bills "fan" Jerry Wojcik apparently only kind of wanted to keep apprised of his hometown team after moving away, so he signed up for the team's text message update service. However, after the team violated the five texts per week limit by sending six texts one week and (gasp!) seven texts a few weeks later, Wojcik couldn't take the wanton abuse of too much Bills information any longer and has filed a class-action lawsuit — like any sensible person would do after disregarding that unsubscribing from the service was also an option..
