So what did socialite Jill Kelley do before she outed Gen. David Petraeus' affair and exchanged a billion emails with four-star Gen. John Allen? Apparently she and her husband, surgeon Scott Kelley, ran a rather questionable charity. The Doctor Kelley Cancer Foundation (which was based in their Tampa, Fla., mansion) was supposed to "conduct cancer research and to grant wishes to terminally ill adult cancer patients." Unless those wishes including “letting the Kelleys throw parties," it didn't exactly live up to its mission.
