Unlucky dad's two daughters are victims of two separate hit-and-runs

Jim Givens was no doubt terrified when his 10-year-old daughter, Sarah, was the victim of a hit-and-run accident in Philadelphia on Thursday. But the worst shock for the Pennsylvania father came two days later, when his 15-year-old daughter, Kylee, was the victim of a separate alleged hit-and-run. The girls were both hospitalized, Sarah having broken her leg and Kylee having ruptured her spleen and broken two ribs. Sarah is now at home, and both girls are expected to make a full recovery.
