Texas preacher wants congregation to tweet during services

The heavenly connected Jim Liberatore, rector at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Houston, shares what he thinks, saying, “I just think [Twitter] is a different way for people to connect with each other, to share their faith — and I think Jesus would make use of it.” The holy man has asked his young congregation (the average age is a Christ-like 33) to use social media during — yes, during — Sunday services. Pastor Robert Jeffress agrees. “Jesus told us we need to preach the gospel to all people, and I think if he had an iPhone, he might’ve used technology in his day as well." [Source]
