Listen to Biden cackle after Ryan suggests he's under 'duress'

For a guy whose boss gave him a two-touchdown deficit coming out of the first presidential debate, Smilin' Joe Biden sure seemed to be having a good time during Thursday night's throwdown with Paul Ryan, frequently smiling, laughing and rolling his eyes while Ryan spoke. But he saved his best cackle for a truly funny Ryan dart referencing Barack Obama's dismal debate performance: "Mr. Vice President, I know you're under a lot of duress to make up for lost ground, but I think people would be better served if we don't keep interrupting each other." Watch above.
