Biden fires back at Ryan by calling his words 'malarkey'

If you wanted to see the Democratic game plan for Thursday night's vice presidential debate, you didn't have to wait long: The buzzword was "malarkey." Vice President Joe Biden targeted Paul Ryan's limited experience with foreign issues after Ryan's opening attack on the administration's handling of the terrorist attacks in Libya. "With all due respect, that's a bunch of malarkey," said Biden. "Not a thing he said was accurate." In particular, Biden targeted Ryan's budget cutting $300 million in embassy security, after Ryan suggested too few resources had been focused there. "The Irish call it 'malarkey,' " Biden repeated later. And Joe says it a lot.
