McCain exits high road, sticks out his tongue at 'jerk' of a heckler

Surely there were times four years ago when John McCain wanted to let fly on a heckler, but with a maverick (OK, a loose cannon) running mate like Sarah Palin, he had to be the adult. Not anymore. At a rally for Rep. Jeff Flake's Senate campaign in Arizona, 2008's presidential loser got more than just feisty with a boo-bird. "I want to tell youshut up," he told the heckler. Then he stuck out his tongue and laughed, "Anyways, I'm too old to put up with jerks like you." Earlier in the campaign, McCain called a heckler a "jerk" at a Mitt Romney rally. Must be his new stump speech.
