Josh Brolin arrested for public intoxication on New Year's Day
1/6/2013The good people of TMZ are reporting that actor Josh Brolin (of "True Grit" and all-around-hunky-guy fame) was having a little too much fun on New Year’s Day. Brolin was arrested for public intoxication after cops discovered him "unable to care for himself" on a Santa Monica, Calif., sidewalk. He was taken to jail and held for about four hours, until he sobered up. He wasn’t given a citation, so the lucky man won’t have to deal with annoying common-people nuisances like court proceedings.
