Man allegedly points gun at kids who mocked his Confederate flag

Confederate flags are controversial, so if you go around displaying one on your truck, be ready to get some looks and maybe even a few comments. Joshua P. Dalton of Virginia Beach, Va., who has one such flag on his pickup, is now in jail for allegedly pointing a gun at a group of elementary school students who reportedly made disparaging remarks about his choice of allegiance. The children were getting off a school bus when the alleged encounter happened, and the driver quickly got the students back on the bus and returned them to school.
