Biebs denies 'white trash prince' crown, defends horrible '90s outfit

Be careful what you wish for. Last week, Justin Bieber Instagrammed a photo of himself sporting everyone's favorite '90s look — overalls with one strap undone — and wrote, "I hope you hate my style." On Friday he met Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper while wearing the outfit, and outrage ensued. Gawker christened him the "white trash prince," and Twitter erupted in criticism of his "disrespectful" attire. The Biebs defended the indefensible getup on Instagram on Sunday, explaining that he was performing at an ice hockey arena and met the PM there immediately afterward to receive a medal (not for style, obviously).
