Justin Bieber doesn't want to be compared to a beaver
2/24/2012Is Justin Bieber too touchy about his image, or has a software developer gone too far? TMZ reports that the Biebs' team of lawyers has threatened legal action against the makers of mobile game "Joustin' Beaver," because of what it says is an unauthorized parody of the singer. In the game, available on iTunes, users control the cartoon beaver (which bears a strong resemblance to Bieber) as it makes its way down a river, fighting off "phot-hogs." Bieber's lawyers want the app pulled and an accounting of any revenue it has generated, but the maker has stood by its product, saying the parody is protected by the First Amendment.
